Lavender-Blu culinary buds are hand harvested at an optimum time when the buds have matured however not yet blossomed. They are hand de-budded and packaged in 12g easy to use bottles - the bottles can be re-used or re-filled.
Add flavour to sweet and savoury dishes. Garnish salads, beverages, pastries or platters of food. Throw onto the grill to give meats such as pork , chicken or lamb a nice flavour. Use in lieu of mint or citrus - think cookies, ice cream, cakes, jams and jellies. Lavender blends well with lemons, almonds, blueberries, apples, peaches, and nectarines. Lavender loves chocolate. Blends with bread, cheese, honey and mustard. Use to flavour drinks such as lemonade, tea, coffee, gin or sparkling wine.
